Free WiFi throughout the property was a lifesaver during my stay. I was able to easily stay connected and share my amazing adventures in Lodz with my friends and family back home. It felt as smooth as gliding down Piotrkowska Street, the main street of Lodz!

No elevator for the 3rd floor.

The location of this hostel is fantastic, with main streets within walking distance. the staff is very helpful and communicative, despite limited English. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with amenities like a desk, TV, and wardrobe. the bathrooms are always clean and in good working order. the breakfast is a great value, with a variety of options including salty and sweet choices. the hostel also offers free tea and coffee anytime, which is a nice perk.

One drawback is that the walls of the building are quite thin, so noise from the hallway can be heard in the rooms.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, despite not speaking much English. They made an effort to communicate with us effectively.

One of the negative aspects was the weird smell in the corridor and partially in the room. Although it was bearable, it was still a bit unpleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. the location was perfect, with a quiet courtyard off the main street. My room was cozy and clean, with a private bathroom that was in perfect working condition. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I needed help with charging my Russian phone. They even went out of their way to buy an adapter for me. the breakfast, cooked by a Polish lady, was delicious and made me feel right at home.

We had a great stay at Relax - Uslugi Noclegowe! The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice private bathroom. The location was perfect, and the parking facilities were convenient. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciate the Polish lady who cooked a delicious breakfast for us and even helped us find an adapter for our Russian phone charger. we felt right at home.
